Therefore, the current version of the Chessology software is minimalist and simplistic in nature, allowing the novice player to focus fully on the game of chess itself without having to learn how the program works.

Unfortunately, for this very reason, the first version of the Chessology software may be of little benefit to you if you are already a skilled player.

You are still encouraged to try it out, though

The software is quick and easy to download, to install, to uninstall, and you do not have to register nor fill-out any forms.

In particular, if you do go ahead and try out the software and you like it, you could always recommend it to your friends and colleagues who do not already play chess.
